Provision a Yealink handset on Simplified UC without encryption
This article allows you to test provisioning a handset without encryption. We may ask you to try this if we believe there is a fault with a handset related to it's encryption capabilities. Before you attempt the below the technical team and request they have removed your MAC code from our compendium redirection service. You should never attempt this unless you have been advised to do so by the technical team.
Before you attempt to provision include the IP address you are breaking out from in the provisioning firewall
When you click add the platform will automatically detect the IP address you are breaking out from with your browser.
Please note this may be different from the address your PC is using. You can access further guidance from the ? next to the provisioning firewall tab
Access "Settings" / "Auto Provision"
Clear the content from the following fields
User Name, Password, Common AES Key and MAC-Oriented AES Key
in the "Server URL" field enter https://7el.co/AutoProvCGI/5/
then click "Auto Provision Now"
