Hard Clearing Browser Cache

This article will show you how to do a hard clear of the browser Cache this will work for many circumstances where there are browser issues. This is useful for issues logging into https://www.hosteducportal.com/

Chrome

Whilst in the relevant browser window press CTRL + SHIFT + I

This will load the developer tools menu. You can click the context menu (three dots) and then expand these settings or undock them.

Then click application / Storage

Ensure that "including third-party cookies" is ticked and then click the "Clear site data" button. This should should resolve situations the normal clearing cache solution doesn't fix.

Chrome

This load the developer tools and it's often in a dock you can click the three dots in the top right hand corner.

Then click the undock in separate window

once you have the development tools expanded click application then storage. Tick "including third-party cookies" and then click clear site data.
