Obtain Installation Details

The Obtain Installation Details (OID) dialogue service allows for the details of a line to be retrieved so as to determine the current configuration (e.g. active features, number of lines, care level, etc).

This is an extremely useful tool our resellers to confirm if the post code is correct for numbers that will be ported to another of our services such as Hosted VoIP, Inbound or SIP Trunking.

An OID lookup can be done on both lines owned by the CP or lines with other CPs, although for lines with other CPs. The OID service can be accessed from the following URL
