Welcome to Nimans Connect - Our New Ticket System
We've introduced a new ticket system to help keep track of all your emails/requests/issues that you send into the Nimans Connect teams.
You can email as normal to your usual support team, ie Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Technical and each new email will have a ticket created and this will be allocated a reference number.
You will also receive an invite to register for the support portal. This will allow you to log in an view any of your tickets, but will also give you access to a wide range of articles to help support you in your day to day management with your end customers.
We will be building this portal over time and will be added new articles in. If there is something you would like to see on here, please don't hesitate to ask.
